Product recall information

From time to time, suppliers issue voluntary recalls on products which may be faulty or incorrectly made, and could therefore cause a safety hazard.

We have created a hub where you can access the relevant information about concerned products. This includes information about the specific manufacturing codes involved in the recall, the specific issue with the product(s) and most importantly, what to do if you find you've got a faulty product.

If you're concerned about your item, please consult the relevant guide below. Self-inspect your product and you can then return it to your nearest store for a credit or we will replace faulty items free of charge. You may also approach the supplier directly. Please note

As soon as our team learn about product recalls, we meticulously check our stock to ensure that the items in question are NOT part of a faulty batch. In extreme cases, we remove the product altogether and send it back to the supplier for tests. Please ensure you read the above recall information very carefully, comparing your item to the supplier's description, before you contact us.
